What a first four months it's been!

From 1 December, when I had my first client... and my only loss making tours so far. I had no tour guide badge, no van and no clue, but we went for it anyway.

Fast forward, and I'm looking at a great winter.

I enjoyed a great break in Austria, where I decided to do some new things with the site... with my nifty new Sony Cybershot, I plan to post a video of most of my tours on the blog going forward, starting on Election Day, when I took a most interesting gent from India around the Point. We talked all day, from subjects ranging from politics, subsistence farming to Astrology and the process of Indian matrimony. We had a blast.

Tomorrow's the cheese festival in Bien Donne, which will be a blast, and next week we're looking at a pretty full program: Rugby, Wine tour, Hermanus and maybe even a Langebaan transfer.

But the big news is: I'm taking a British and Irish Lions Tour! Yep, I'll be touring with a bunch of Englishman around the country in June and July, navigating the tricky task of supporting the Boks but staying on the right side of the passionate Brit supporters. We'll laugh we'll cry... well, hopefully, I'll laugh they'll cry. AWESOME...
