Lions Tour rolls on to Port Elizabeth!

The KUDU Lions tour group sweeps all before them as we roll into Wilderness and Port Elizabeth. No rugby theory is left undiscussed, no draught keg inexhausted, no game left unwitnessed.

After fantastic weather in Cape Town, we took the famous Route 62 to Wilderness, and the next day checked out the magical Featherbed experience in Knysna. A full day yesterday saw us roll out to Port Elizabeth for the double whammy of the new Eastern Cape Franchise Southern Kings and the newly built stadium (quite magnificent).

A couple of really nice tight games has set things up nicely for Saturday's momentous first test. Schalk Burger absent, but the tiger Heinrich Brussow is set to shake things up... let's hope the Boks' lack of match practice doesn't count against them too much.

In the meanwhile, I'm off with my gang to the PE Police Club for a club game, a braai and some drinks. Can't wait to see how this showdown will work out...

Stay tuned for more rugby action!!!
