This session will focus on two specific tools that will help you build a sustainable growth company:

Scorecard: This critical tool should be used as a recruitment, onboarding, and continuous feedback mechanism. It focuses on Desired Results (KPIs), Key Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies, and Living Core Values.

FACE: The Function Accountability Chart (FACE) is the tool where you assign and track accountabilities for key functions across your team. Accountability vs responsibility – do you know the difference? More importantly, does your team?
