Needs analysis, establish suggested accountability framework and initial goalposts (Form 1: Needs analysis prework). Habit 1, focus on Four Human Endowments, Proactive language and Circle of Concern/Circle of Influence.
G.R.O.W. approach – Current situation, blocks, Interventions required, 1 year and 5 year anchors. Habit 2, Determine Values and establish current team alignment. M.E.C.E. deployed off Prework (Form 2: List of issues and ranking of such). Introduce Productivity/Accountability Tool: Trello
Set priorities according to 1 and 5 year anchors and M.E.C.E. headlines. Establish S.M.A.R.T. goals and populate on productivity tool. Habit 3 and Eisenhower Matrix deployed as time management tool and big rocks populated by end of session. Accountability as per Trello.
4: TECHNICAL SETUP
Onboarding team. Strategic Session to establish quarterly priorities, assign accountabilities and firm up values and mission. Pre-identify and prep room leaders, set strategic intent. Consolidation of quarterly goals and priorities should align with M.E.C.E. fault line established session 2.
Accountability Check in with Owner on Priorities and execution with team, 50% utilization of Trello Board required. Refine and adjust goals and link reward/punishment protocols to forward movement.
Close of Process. Success metrics is clearly defined 5yr, 1 yr and quarterly priorities. Meeting rhythms established for quarterly priority dates, accountability tool 80% deployed and company proactively working towards long-term health.
