MEETING RHYTHMS:  Formats and frameworks to establish meeting rhythms in your organization that make sense to drive productivity and accountability.

KPI’S:  Key Performance Indicators: What are they, how to use them, and how to create an accountability framework that is simple yet actionable throughout the organization.
