This workshop requires about two hours. The Making Toast Method helps to facilitate two key outcomes: Team communication and better process mapping. It works as a fun activity for a single team working on a core problem, but it has enhanced utility facilitating problem solving across different teams and units in a bigger organization that have to interdependently improve processes.
